We price by case – not by the number of documents – because that’s how disclosure work actually happens.

Core pricing

£600 Ex VAT per case, per calendar month*

Each case includes:

• One secure case container
• Up to 40GB of storage
• Unlimited documents within the case
• One user included
• Full access to document redaction, review, and audit features

*A case runs for one calendar month from the date the case is created. Additional months can be added where a matter remains active. Does not include video redaction. All prices exclusive of VAT.

Video Redaction Add-on

£150 Ex VAT per case, per calendar month*

Add-on includes:

• Add-on to a standard document case
• Allows the loading, redaction, and rendering of video clips
• Up to a maximum of 1 hour of video, extra video at £50/hour or part hour
• Not available separately
